The Jr. Hornets were founded in 2010 by

                       President Vincent Trevino & Athletic

                    Director Mike LaQue.  Our purpose is to   

        provide youth within the San Antonio area an

        opportunity to play football without prejudice and

          participate in cheerleading to learn the skills

          necessary to compete and become future leaders   

         of tomorrow.  Our intentions are to use sports

        and cheerleading as a tool to develop hard work,   

      discipline, and the fundamentals of perseverance by   

     using these sports to help teach skills of teamwork

loyalty, and sportsmanship. 

Our mission is to develop today’s youth through organized sports to drive life long fundamentals of leadership, sportsmanship, and character in the spirit of hard work, competition, commitment, loyalty and focus.
